Who we are
BreakRush (breakrush.com) is run by its founder, an individual based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. It is not a registered company yet.

By playing BreakRush, you agree to these terms.
Playing
- The games are free to play.
- Play fairly: no bots, scripts or tampering with results, leaderboards or other players' links. We may remove results or block access that breaks this.
- Display names must not impersonate anyone or be offensive; we may change or remove them.
What you write
- You're responsible for the names, messages and group names you write.
- Don't write anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual involving minors, or someone else's private information. Messages can't contain links, phone numbers or email addresses.
- Anyone who opens a message can report it, and a reported message is removed. Groups are removed after reports. We may remove anything that breaks these terms.
- You let us store and show what you write so the feature works, for example showing your message to the person who solves your puzzle.
Accounts
Signing in with Google is optional and keeps your profile on every device. Keep your devices secure: anyone using your signed-in browser can play as you. You must be at least 13, and under 18 only with a parent's or guardian's permission.
Paid extras and refunds
Nothing on BreakRush is paid today. When paid extras exist, the price is shown before you pay, and they're delivered at once.
Refunds: if something you paid for doesn't work and we can't fix it, email breakrush.dev@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your payment details, and we'll refund it in full to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Purchases that worked aren't refunded for a change of mind.
Our content
The games, artwork, the BreakRush name and the mascot belong to BreakRush's founder. Chess puzzles come from the Lichess open puzzle database (public domain).
No guarantees
BreakRush is provided as it is. We try to keep it running and fair, but can't promise it's always available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Law and changes
Indian law applies; courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. We may update these terms and the date below when we do. Last updated: 25 October 2026.
